L-1 Intracompany Transfer

For managers, executives, or employees with specialised knowledge transferring to a US office of their current multinational employer. No annual cap.

• › 1 year of employment abroad with the company in the past 3 years
• › Transfer to US office in managerial, executive, or specialised role
• › L-1A (managers/executives) → EB-1C green card pathway
• › L-1B (specialised knowledge) up to 5 years

EB-5 Investor Green Card

Foreign nationals can obtain permanent residency by investing in a qualifying US commercial enterprise that creates at least 10 full-time jobs for US workers.

• › $800,000 investment in TEA (targeted employment area)
• › $1,050,000 investment in non-TEA areas
• › Must create 10 full-time US jobs
• › Directly or via USCIS-approved Regional Center

F-1 Student Visa

For full-time students at SEVP-approved US universities and colleges. OPT allows 12 months of post-graduation work (24 months additional for STEM degrees).

• › Acceptance letter from SEVP-approved institution
• › Proof of financial support for the full study period
• › 12 months OPT work authorization after graduation
• › 24-month STEM OPT extension for STEM degree holders

B-1/B-2 Visitor Visa

For short-term visits for tourism (B-2) or business activities such as meetings, conferences, or training (B-1). Up to 6 months per visit.

• › No employment in the US permitted
• › Demonstrate intent to return to home country
• › Sufficient financial resources for the trip
• › Valid for up to 10 years (multiple entry)
