✓Clear demonstration of legitimate business purpose for the visit
✓Intention to leave Ireland at the end of the visit (strong ties to home country)
✓Financial self-sufficiency — sufficient funds for the visit without working in Ireland
✓No intention to take up employment or engage in any paid activity
✓Valid travel document with at least 6 months validity beyond planned departure
Documents Checklist
✓Valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity beyond the intended stay
✓Completed Irish visa application form (AVATS online system)
✓Two recent passport photographs (35mm × 45mm, white background)
✓Invitation letter from the Irish company or organisation detailing the purpose of visit
✓Company support letter from your employer (role, salary, leave approval)
✓Bank statements for the last 6 months showing sufficient funds
✓Evidence of return ticket or onward travel arrangements
✓Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or host's address)
